Put the Bacospore® mark on your product.

Finished-product manufacturers using an approved Bacospore® grade may apply to display the Bacospore® name and logo on packaging, technical literature and approved marketing materials, subject to ingredient verification, formulation review, artwork approval and a licence agreement with Star Hi Herbs Pvt. Ltd.

02 · Qualifying criteria

Apply for use of the Bacospore® trademark.

  1. 01Purchase Bacospore® directly from Star Hi Herbs or an approved distribution partner.
  2. 02Use an approved Bacospore® grade and include the agreed viable spore count per serving.
  3. 03Identify the ingredient on the label as 'Bacospore® Heyndrickxia coagulans (Bacillus coagulans)', subject to local labelling regulations.
  4. 04Maintain formulation and manufacturing conditions that protect the declared probiotic potency throughout shelf life.
  5. 05Submit complete packaging artwork, ingredient panel and proposed claims before printing.
  6. 06Sign the Bacospore® trademark licence agreement and comply with approved territories, products and usage conditions.
03 · Logo guidelines

The Bacospore® logo must:

  • ◆Appear only in approved artwork and colour variants
  • ◆Retain the ® symbol whenever the brand name is displayed
  • ◆Maintain prescribed clear space and minimum reproduction size
  • ◆Not be stretched, recoloured, redrawn or combined with another logo
  • ◆Not imply that Star Hi Herbs endorses the complete finished product
  • ◆Be accompanied by approved ingredient identification and claim language
