Six controlled stages.
Authenticated strain bank
Stable cultures maintained at -80 °C under qualified microbiologist supervision. Protects strain identity and long-term genetic stability before production begins.
Seed culture preparation
Selected culture developed through controlled seed preparation. Laminar-flow units, orbital shakers, incubators, deep freezers and laboratory centrifuges in designated upstream zones.
Controlled fermentation
Seed fermenters and two 15 KL production fermenters. Temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen monitored and recorded. Upstream and downstream operations kept in dedicated zones.
Recovery and spray drying
Centrifugal recovery followed by spray drying converts fermented material into a stable probiotic powder.
Blending and standardization
Blending, milling and sifting ensure powder uniformity and consistent viable spore distribution. Bacospore® 300B standardized to ≥300B viable spores/g by pour plate.
Testing, release and delivery
Physical, potency, heavy-metal and microbiological release specifications. Batch documentation and packaging matched to strain, blend and intended shelf life.
Integrated probiotic manufacturing.
Culture banking, pilot fermenters, commercial fermentation, centrifugal recovery, spray drying, blending, milling, sifting and microbiology laboratories, all under one quality system at the Hassan SEZ facility.
